My Name Is Dimpho Mangali, 2 Weeks Ago My Account Was Blocked/Suspended Due To Suspected ***** ,When I Followed Up About It With The ***** Department They Gave Me A Case Number (***) Then The Name Of The Person Who Is Handling My Case (Nhlamulo Baloyi) ... So I Tried Contacting Him To Resolve The Issue ,I Only Got Ahold Of Him Once And He Said He Would Call The Person Who Reported The Account And Get Back To Me ,I’ve Been Waiting Ever Since And Now I Can’t Even Get Ahold Of Him And I’ve Been Calling Him Over 15 Times A Day Everyday Ever Since And I’ve Been Going To An FNB Branch To Get Assistance But They Say They Can’t Help Me Because It’s A Matter Of The ***** Department And They Are Not The Ones Who Blocked The Account .

They Gave Me His Office Number And Personal Number (***).

I Am Asking For Help Regarding My Case Or Getting Ahold Of Nhlamulo Baloyi So That I Can Resolve The Issue And Continue With My Livelihood As This Affects It And My Business Which I Am Losing A Lot Of From Everyday My Account Is Blocked .
