Bad service

For a Bank, that being the number 1 bank in the financial industry.. Their service is pathetic. Something as simple as increasing repayments cannot be actioned out by their consultants without any problems arising..and to top it off, you cannot go into the bank and have a face to face conversation about arrangements, you need to contact their contact center that has consultants that are ***********! It's so frustrating. And the end of the day, the consultants incompetence is to my detriment. FNB "how can I help you"..... You should consider changing your logo.
