Bad service

Ive had a funeral policy years now and due to the pandemic its been difficult to make payments as one has just gone back to work permanently. I only missed 2 payments after reinstating it in October and have been told I need to start a new policy. Very dissappointed and this the bank ive been banking with for so many years. Id rather take my banking else where.
