Bad service

I have struggled for 3 days to get an issue resolved with FNB, they say its their system issues and promises it would be sorted 24 hours ago. I havent heard from anyone. Its been 4 days and still no Debicheck mandate request.

Tried their help line, no help. Logged a complaint...received a call that it would be sorted. Still waiting
