Bad service

Someone call me from insurance department telling me that I must up grade my funeral policy or cancel my policy because FNB is getting rid of all old cover to new cover. I tell him i can't afford their new offer so i ask him to cancel my policy which He did not till today. I guess he was just want to get sales through lies.

Very worse experience.
