BAD SERVICE

If there was a way of putting no star at all believe me I would. Fnb Housing Finance has the worst customer service ever. I app**** for a payment break and they said their process takes only 10 days. This I did beginning of June. After a lot of follow ups made by myself they finally approved it in July 28. To cancel the stop order was a mission which I had to involve my employer and it was successful. Now they are not refunding the funds deducted on the 26th of August as per promise. Calling them is a nightmare nobody gives you clarity as to what is the hold up. This is day number 10 after my payday I have not received the refund of the instalment or at least an explanation of the process.
