BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed with FNB private bank, i am paying lots of bank charges services for nothing, FNB tells us being the private banker you benefit so many eg calling your banker directly avoiding holding forever on a phone call. This is just making money business, I send my private bank an email and it takes forever to respond to it sometimes not even respond. is better to be on a lower bank charges because you know you are not paying bank charges for nothing.
