Bad service

Fnb consultants in promenade Mitchell's plain are very unfriendly and not helpful I went in there on the 29 may, because of my reduced salary wanted them to reverse certain debit orders and was very rudely informed that they don't reverse even when I explained to them. That that's the only money that come in and I need to feed my family, no empathy for their clients at all.

I was not the only client left frustrated and very sad also, that my bank can't help.
