Bad Service

FNB is honestly disappointing, issues that can be resolved without complaining, I must first complain about before they get resolved.

I was offered debt consolidation, I regret taking that offer because of the endless problems I have encountered. I was honestly better off. FNB overpaid the debt, that debt was returned but the balance has not decreased on my account. I have basically been ****med, wish I could reverse agreeing to this.

As a private client, you’d think I would receive somewhat of a good service but nothing. Ag man..
