Bad Service.

I am not happy with how I was forced to take a contract for a sim card in order to open up a simple savings account at the FNB Maponya Branch last month (July 2019). I was told if I do not take the contract I will not be able to open up an account. I am not interested in the sim contract. All I want now is my money back that was debited last month and this month. Today at FNB branch in Protea Mall, I was informed that I am not obliged to have a sim contract with FNB.

I insist I get my money back, The sim is still in the pack and I have not used it thus far.

I do not care about anything else but getting reimbursed for the money that was debited unnecessarily.
