Bad service!!!

Some folks at Fnb legal have no sense of urgency and they downright do not put the customer needs first. I requested legal assistance and I was told the person who's been assigned my case will contact me yesterday but to date I'm still waiting. It rests upon me again to call back and ask for assistance as if it's probono. This is very frustrating and the next thing someone is going to call, apologize and ask me to explain yet again what I need assistance with. Given the level of unemployment in this country, you would think people will take their jobs seriously. N***x!!!!
