Bad Service

We are directors of a reputable law firm. My fiance and I collectively hold 4 accounts with FNB as well as vehicle finance. Millions go through the business accounts every year. Now that we've app**** for a home loan its been outright declined just because we are new directors. We have excellent credit scores, more than enough disposable income to pass affordability but they still decline our bond. First the excuse was that we short income which is impossible and today its the fact that we are new directors. It is unacceptable and we are seriously considering moving all our accounts.
