Bad service
I have been trying to close my revolving credit loan with no luck....it took me two minutes to have apply for the loan whats so difficult closing the account . I called the call center and was on hold for over 45min went to the branch (carnival mall) and was told it will be closed on Monday..... account still not closed and i was told by Bonolo Mokgokonyane from the call center that the account accumulate interest daily . FNB please just close this account
