bad service

Im not advising anyone to deposit on FNB account.I deposited an amount of R850 TWO weeks back at Pavillion,the machine said its an error after I deposited the amount but the money didn't come back and its was the only money I had to deposit to my lawyers for house bond.FNB promised to investigate and deposit my money to my account after 2 days till now I haven't received that money now its a 3 weeks now.
