BAD SERVICE
I contacted FNB, *** debt review, *** collections dep, *** recoveries and *** requesting a settlement quote on my Credit Card and Overdraft limit. I was under debt review but due to my financial state I was then cancelled on debt review. I have now pleaded with my employer to assist with settlement and they requested settlement quotes. I was sent from pillar to post for the hole 2 hours without any assistance. I really want to be debt free and need assistance urgently.

07 Apr 2021, 10:19Since you are not prepared assist with a settlement discount, I will continue with the payment arrangement o R300 monthly until the account is paid up. I am struggling financially and my employer wont assist if there is no discount.
