Bad service

Just yesterday I had a complaint regarding the home loan sending me SMS that they will delay house. After that an agent called me we have an arrangement in place., that was on Teusday. On Thursday I get a call from the lady named Dee call on behalf of Lawrence Le Rouxand he wanted to make an appointment to come and evaluate the house to be sold.

That is FNB for you. They say one thing now and they do want they feel is ok for them to do. They do really lack customer focus attributes
