Bad service
We have been FNB Private Clients for a while and have been advised to move to FNB Private Wealth. Our advisor in the Private Clients section (K****tso Mametja) has been excellent and given us really good service. She passed my details onto FNB Private Wealth 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for someone to call me. I have tried to call Nabila Khan a few times and cannot get through and I have sent her an email with no response. It seems like FNB would rather not have our business. We have been with FNB for 20 years.
