bad service
Till today, FNB still listed me for the loan i paid for. As per below i am still waiting for the confirmation letter to say I don't owe then and that they have removed me from ITC. I went to Nedbank today and i was rejected because of the money they say i owe, please attend to this urgently as i want to buy a house. I hope i wont be sending this on hello peter again

I’d like to confirm that, your information has been sent to our ITC department to update your temp loan records on ITC. Your details have been updated on our system, that your temp loan has been settled.
