BAD service!!

I am so annoyed right now. I called FNB Brooklyn to put in a order for change for tomorrow but instead received bad service. Firstly there voice that is suppose to redirect you to the correct department does not give an option for tellers or to speak to a consultant. Secondly I eventually just chose any option to be able to speak to a person. I was put back to the answering voice 3 different times and needless to say not one of them listened to what I was asking or re-directed me to a person to enable me to order change. Eventually I spoke to a lady and when I told her the second time that I would like to order change she told me not to shout and that I was at the Telephone banking centre - I was not shouting by the way. Then I told her I was not shouting and that I phoned the branch to order change - she then told me that I should now give her a chance to speak. That just irritated me and when I was still busy trying to explain my situation, she politely put the phone down. I must say, now I am shouting and I am so irritated with this situation. I have banked with FNB since 1989 and have worked for FNB for 20 years but if this is the type of people FNB employ and the type of service FNB gives then I truly feel sorry for you. How can we help you?.........How can I help you because the only way FNB can help me is by taking a much closer look at the employees and the type of service they give to your customers.
