Bad service.
The agent hung up on me while I was still talking. I had a loan which I paid up in March but to this day its still showing under my profile, with the next payment date. I got through to an Agent today 3rd of May at about 10:05 and I asked her why the loan is still under my profile, she left me and spoke to her friend in the back ground, I said hello and she hung up after holding on for 25 min this is the service I receive.
