Bad service

I've been trying to get a hold of you for 2 weeks now regarding my refund but m not getting any help, I've spoken to 3 consultants in less than 39min just now but still nothing, I spoke to Kabelo in collections and Mekyler in personal loan they were nice but Nombuso dlamini in personal loans hanged as I wanted to confirm her name due to how she was talking to me (yawning and bored) I think she's working from home, even her team leader can listen to that recording ***)she just wanted to give collection number and drop me, whereas I was transfered by Angel before n m telling her that m driving, how m I going to save that number, she's full of **** u better deal with her Hao and someone get back to me regarding my refund, thank you
