Bad service

I made an erroneous transfer to my revolving loan account. I have tried about 10 different numbers. Eventually got the correct number *** Spoke to a lady and got cut off while she was processing the reversal. Now when I try again, the call gets cut off before I reach anyone. I have been on my ohone for almost 2 hours. Its so difficult to get some help from anyone..... I am do annoyed right now. All I want is my money to be reversed...
