Bad service

I had an ewallet only to find out that when collecting the ewallet it's no longer a card less especially when you have received multiple ewallet... It's now called easy zero account

I called the FNB ewallet and cellphone banking number a lady by the name of Claudia/Gloria she was not helpful at... She wasn't if aware of easy zero account until I went to Maponya FNB which I got excellent service.... As for Claudia/Gloria your service it's pathetic and please learn how to listen
