Bad service

I withdrew money at non Fnb bank. The money was deducted from my account ****h Oct). I then went into a Fnb branch, filled out dispute form. Today(13th Oct), my Fnb app showed money was deducted and money was deposited, however my balance has not changed. I then called into Fnb contact centre only to wait 25mins and no answer. The Fnb contact centre person just kept me on the line, no information of what is going on or even letting me know why I'm holding on for 25mins. Really disappointed in the service
