Bad service

From MAy this year I have been trying to register my business ,I send my documents to cipc and was told that my proof of residence is not allowed,I don't get statement via post things have changed we get e -statements so I used my policy docs which I requested from my service provider,according to them it was not allowed .i then send though a statement of my results which is also not accepted,I'm very disappointed that it took me months just to try to open an account,
