Bad service

Im here at Chrishani mall Vosloorus waiting no movement. No one scanning the queue. There is just long queue. I phoned the call centre could tell this gal was just switching ne off. I am here for a cheque deposit nothing much. Service is the slowest ever. 1 hour same position no movement. Wat service are u giving ur clients.
