Bad service

I have been trying to help with my tax free shares investment acc....the fnb number i have called i have been moved from pillar to post like a lunatic .

.holding forever...even lost R50 airtime on them ...even now im still stressed ...spoke to their chat banker online ...no help...called their numbers ***...still no assitance....poor service wherelse they say they are all about service
