Bad service

I logged a request with FNB last week, got called during this week to no avail, i received an email saying they attempted to call be and i must advise when they should call, i rep**** and advised that they could call me at that time, no reply or call, got another call today which i unfortunately missed and then received an email saying query closed due to numerous unsuccessful attempts.

I want my queries both resolved asap, i never asked or app**** for any credit so i dont know why you guys have done a credit check and i also asked that you downgrade my account but you guys have not resolved any queries but quick to close it.
