Bad service

Yesterday I made a purchase of a OTT voucher for R37 and there was an error message so I tried again same story. When I checked my balance the money was deducted plus service fees but there was no email confirmation and no history Same thing happened with my R16 voucher after that. So I thought this morning the money would be returned as there was no vouchers l...but there wasn't. So my question is what happened
