My wife has been paying her account via debt review.

she was suppose to get paid up letter from you so that DC can issue clearance certificate and all of a sudden and amount of R29000 is outstanding on current account.

Why is this as we have a statement that was issued by DC saying that amount outstanding in December on current account is R 1253.17

why people are ripped of
