Bad service
My bank account was hacked and a transaction of R500 went off they stopped my bank card and I received a new card which I had to pay for. There was still transactions going off of my account without my consent and I once again lost R1200 just for FNB to tell me they do not take any responsibility and that an investigation would take place.
FNB has the worst security and useless service because they won't take any responsibility for their poor security
