Bad Service

09/04/24. Several round figures purchases amounting to of rands were made at the same clothing store. I made a call to their ***** department within their branch I was given a reference number R*** An investigation was ti be done within 72 hours and I will be called 72 hours has since passed and my account has been cleaned almost dry!!!
