Bad Service

I made an ewallet which did not reflect to the recipient, cellphone number was correct and she also received a pin to make the withdrawal only to find out that the bank did not credit the ewallet. Now when she goes and enquire she is told I should reverse the funds, reversing the funds is not an issue but being charged for it is something else more especially for an error that is not mine
