Bad service

So I recently started up a business with a friend. We opened company account with FNB, Firstly they don't give you the whole list of what they require. every time you submit this they tell you something else is missing. After such long struggle they send the cards and both of them have 1 person name printed. how can a person be? The documents we submitted indicated that we are 2 and we weren't applying as a Sole Proprietorship. now guess who has to chase them around to get this fixed. Thanks for nothing FNB
