Bad service

So today i receive feedback from FNB , that the ***** transaction that occurred on my credit card account is a ‘secure transaction’ and I will not be refunded . I never made that transaction , the fact that I was not given proper information about this so called secure transaction tells me that the investigation was not done properly by FNB ***** team . So i am being held liable for money i never used . a Entire R13 307,33 , even if they can see i never ever used such a huge amount on my credit card before why all of a sudden .

All this tells me is that FNB ***** team is ***********. FNB expects me to pay (give the bank free money ) for a transaction i know absolutely nothing about .

How secure is one’s money at FNB , my salary , is it safe ? Because it clearly stated that anyone can go into my account use money and then FNB expects me to pay money back i never use.
