Bad Service

<p>First National Bank in Bracken City. Deposits at the tellers are not allowed. Apparently they only accept cash deposits over R10 000.00. I went at approximately 11.35 a.m. on 1st June 2017. The queue for the machines was at the door. There were only two machines working at the time. On reaching the machine, after standing for what seemed ages, I tried to do my deposit. It was not for myself, but for someone else. I followed the prompts. I got to the stage where I had to put in a reference. This is obligatory. I tried quite a few times with no success. Eventually I left the machine and went to where there were three employees standing. They were not busy helping customers or doing anything!! I said that I was not sure what the problem was. I thought I was doing everything right, but I could not do the deposit. One of them said there was a problem with the keyboard, they were waiting for the technician. I asked why they were not there to help or why they did not have some sort of sign to advise customers. The lady in the blue coat said they did not have a sign and just to go back. SHE WAS COMPLETELY UNINTERESTED. There were 3 people standing doing nothing!! Surely they should at least be available by the machines to help.</p>
