Bad service

<p>I needed to bank R5 000 cash into someone elses account and was told that I had to do it outside at the ATM. you can only deposit money in the bank if it is over R10 000. This was on 1 Dec and queques outside were long and nothing was going on inside. i feel it is unacceptable to refuse you to bank inside. it is very dangerous to stand outside with so much money. Also what happens if you need to bank with coins as well. why should a person be forced to deposit a higher amount into someones account. our weather was also over 40° yesterday here in Lephalale. </p>
