Bad service

<p>I was at Bizana Fnb at about 10h00 to make a deposit. The deposit required me to do it physically so that I can have physical document stamped stamped by a natural person. I was told to stand on the side and wait with no explanation as to why. I was in the line for thirty minutes and had to stand on the side for another fifteen.</p>
