bad service

<p>Hi good day my name is Ewald Erasmus I'd nr ********** 185085, I know my loans is arrars but Fnb take money out of my account when they whant, last mont they took almost R700 in one week, last Thursday I phone them and make arrangement to take money out of my account the end off the month, this week they took twice R244.83 and R183, this morning they took R265, I phone them and ask them what's gong on they said but there is no note on there system, all what I I ask I whant a refund, I was on short time for the last 6 weeks every little money what I got they took in the last 3 weaks they just took almost R3000, I can't pay my other stuff cos fnb just take money afther u made arrangements.</p>
