Bad service

I opened a bank around March 2023. FNB consultant told me that I have to choose between data sim card or a funeral policy. I asked her if its a must to do so and she said yes, then I chose a sim card because its was cheaper (R50 per month). Next day the manager called me give a review and rate them, so I told him that I'm not satisfied with the way they forcing us to take something we are not in need of. He told me to go to their office to cancel the sim-card which I did. Now I'm receiving a message that saying my scheduled payment of R50 failed (ref. funds not available)
