Bad service

I am writing the email FNB requesting the same while the refund was send to FNB. FNB made error stating initiation was not included as part of settlement debt. The cancellation of the bond was deferred. After a week, I have receive another email stating that initiation was included as part of settlement debt and another refund form must be completed. The refund was completed and FNB has been requesting the same information.
