Bad service

A woman called me and told me she can safe me R7000 a month on my debit orders. I told her that I was interested. She said they will get better interest raids. So I told her to go ahead. Then I found out that I was under det review.And FNB canceled my overdraft witch took my whole salery. I called the lady and she did send them a email with the necessary documents to take me of det review. They told me it will take up to 5 days.witch is long past .Now my debit orders did not go off.And they just don't want to help. I am with them for 16 years.
