Bad service..

This is n ****ty bank. I was with them for more then 2 years and i have notice in the last 2 months that they have been taking money out of my acc. When i called in today to cancel the account they told me that i need to go into the branch to cancel the account. Before when i ask then to cancel they told me that i need to send a mail they will get back to me within 24hr. (still waiting for them to get back to me this was last week). It is covid but still we need to go into a branch to close a account. This is really bad service.. Will not advise anyone to open a account with them.
