Bad service

I was a private banker at another bank and decided to change to FNB. I have had endless problems with FNB firstly with the delay in card delivery, problems activating my card and somehow my documents not being on the system after I had already been to an FNB branch to get it sorted. I had to call in to discover who my private banker was because after two weeks I had not been contacted by them. My private banker does not respond to my emails. After all my debit switching has been done I notice my debits being rejected by the bank and the amount I deposited into the account remains the same. Two days ago I try to transact at my local shopping center and ATM and apparently my account is frozen. I try to contact my private banker and of course she does not respond to my emails. I call the suit and the lady says everything appears to be in order with my account. The private banker gets back to me saying that my proof of address is not valid and I need to visit a branch to do that. Is that reason to freeze my account?? How am I supposed to fit in visiting a branch during my 8-4 and after hour job to update my address to unblock an account so that Ican withdraw money to get by?ridiculous
