Bad service!!!!

<p>I opened an account online and I am still waiting for my card! I don’t know the person that helped me but he opened the account on my ****en name and I app**** for an account on my new surname. Who gave him the right to do that???? I have to go through all the trouble to submit all the relevant document regarding my new surname???? i really do want an account with fnb but seriously this is unnecessary!!</p>
