BAD SERVICE

Aam not happy with the service what get from FNB a apply for a business loan on the the 22 August 2023 and is a proof and the money is Antil know not in my account a call and call every time the consulters say same one will call me know one call me and a mail the consulters Mojalefa MJ Mareletse read my mails after 3 days and one time he call me and say to me there is a problem with the transfer and will follow up for me and will come back to me and did not call or come back to me antill know and that is not good service for FNB. Today a call in and one of the consulters and she saying to me the supervicer Gift will call me in 10 or 15 min a call in on 09:13 and antil know she didn't call me yet. and give me a REF NO: RI *** THANKS
