BAD SERVICE

*****. On 10 February i Discovered that there was a purchase made on 3 Feb with my fnb card from company called Mac and things. I reported the ***** I followed up on the case the person I was talking to on the app said I must just wait up until now I haven't heard anything from fnb ***** department I asked for ref number they told me that you do not get ref number if you report ***** online. I am so disappointed in fnb cause I am for such a long time one of there clients and to get such bad service. I also Google and saw that alot of people are talking about that shop which happens to be a ghost shop whom is doing ***** lately
