Bad service

Tomorrow will be three weeks since my money is not been reversed. This is really bad I'm sick and tired of the ****ty customer service I need my money urgently I need to pay my car insurance and pay electric bill I can't go up and down to town just to hear at the bank that they don't investigate these ***** complaints please help I'm losing it like seriously
