BAD SERVICE

Hi, I got a temp loan last year 2020 in Sept and it was paid back in full precisely 31 days later, however when i pulled out my credit report this year 2021 the temp loan shows active I engaged with FNB help desk who escalated my query to risk dept and was told to wait 14-30 days for them to update. Its day 49 and my profile still has not changed.
