Bad Service

I lodged a claim for my car insurance on the 30th of December, I have been sent from pillar to post since then, on the 3rd of January they said an assessor was appointed to assess, they have been stalling since then until the 27th of January they approved the claim. But my car is badly scratched from their storeroom and they are saying it is old damages. Their service is very poor the consultants are very rude and unresponsive. Tshepiso Ndlovu is very negligent
